PRIVATE VILLA IN CENGELKOY

The old masonry 450 m2 villa with one basement and three-stories and a terrace above via appropriate reinforcement techniques was renovated into its new modern identity.  The building is located in a big, nice garden of fruit trees of 1840 m2 in İstanbul, Çengelköy.

The work started in April’2012 and completed in September’12. The cost of the total project is 1.150.000,-Euro.
