The main structure of the privately owned waterside villa is reinforced concrete, also accompanied with a very unique roof with structural timber trusses.  The total closed area is 650 m2, with 950 m2 outdoor additional steel structures and components in a land of 2,200 m2.

The architectural design was by NEVZAT SAYIN Architectural Services.

The project started in February’2014 and completed in March’2015. The cost summed up to 2,250,000.-USD.

All details dictated by the architectural design were studied; application designs were constituted parallel to the preparation of materials available.

i.e.; all pieces – stairs, marble plates even the fixed furniture like bookshelves – were custom manufactured at the workshops, re-assembled and gathered together into its place.

Electro-mechanical designs were also contributed congruent to the main theme of the project, under our supervision, and applications were done accordingly by our subcontractors.

The waterfront and the Landing were re-constructed again resistant to the strong southwest winds. Facility components took place underneath The Pergola. The Facility Building, including room and bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, was made up of Steel Structure integrated to a reinforced concrete retaining wall behind.
