STANDARD PROFIL FACTORY - STARA ZAGORA

STANDARD PROFIL BULGARIA is a portfolio company of ACTERA GROUP.   This Extension Project is the construction of the new rubber seals, weather-strips Production Hall and two additional warehouses (Semi-product & Finished –product).  The Structure of the Building was a Prefabricated Concrete Skeleton with a closed total area of 5500 m2.

The project started in Sep’2014, finished in Feb’2015.  The final B.o.Q of the project is 2.400.000.-€.

The Application of the Project under the desired standards of the Group, and the budget control were conducted by our consultancy on behalf of ACTERA GROUP.
