BATIGÖZ OPHTALMOLOGY HOSPITAL, ALTUNİZADE, İSTANBUL

The project is retrofitting of an existing two basement and three story reinforce concrete building and renovation of the courtyard.

The building was rented by Batıgöz Ophthalmology Hospital Operation Group and their  new hospital standards required a re-design,  strengthening of the columns, adding new curtain walls and an elevator shaft to the building. Total covered area is 3250 m2.

The project started in August’2016, completed in December ‘2016.  The cost of the project, located at Altunizade, Üsküdar, İstanbul, was 190.000,-USD
