CENGELDERE RESIDENCES

Construction of 6 villas –each has 400m2 of closed area- as well as social facilities and a swimming pool on totally 12.000 m2 of land.

The Architectural Design belongs to NSMH - Nevzat Sayın Architectural Services while Electrical and Mechanical Designs of the project were completed by us with our solution partner firms. 

We aimed to conform all the environmental aspects of the location:  The Ventilation and Energy system solutions were built up using passive air-conditioning techniques, photovoltaic panels on the façades and wind roses bearing predominant winds in the region and natural air conditions.

The cost of the survey was 2,900,000.USD; the start date is expected to come in affect with the new regulation of the zoning plans by mid. of 2019.
