The Re-construction and Restoration of an old masonry villa with two-stories and a terrace above, in İstanbul, Beylerbeyi, via reinforced concrete and load bearing masonry wall systems into its new modern identity.

The work started in February’2011 and completed in June’2011.  The turn-key cost of the project is 650.000,-USD
